Our founder Matthew Shields has been involved in the electrical industry for the last 15 years.  During that time he has overseen the installation of multimillion dollar projects, been involved troubleshooting complex electrical systems, and most recently has branched into the field of Energy Management.

Energy Management is a natural expansion of the knowledge that Matthew already possessed.

Energy Management entails the evaluation of existing electrical systems to determine different ways for the client to save money.  In most cases the client can expect a return on their investment in about a year and a half.  There are many variables however that comprises the electrical savings calculation.  Each job is different and cannot be compared to another job.  This is why it is impossible to give an accurate reading without some basic information on the electrical system of the building.

Each facility uses its energy in different ways, each building is wired differently, and each is exposed to different weather conditions.  These variables together add up to the buildings complete energy envelope.  There are a number of different options to conserve energy in a building a few options are as follows
